I remember back in the sixties growing up. All I wanted was a guitar, but mom and dad, mostly dad, thought it would just lead to a life of drugs and hardship. Instead of the guitar I was hoping for at Christmas, each year I recieved underwear.

Eventually I was on my own, finally, and you guessed it. Almost the first thing I bought was an acoustic guitar.
